Doug Delp, President of the Delp Group, serves as a resource for national print publications and nationwide webinars. He regularly speaks at local, regional, and national trade association conferences on topics related to Human Resources, Benefits, Employment Regulations, and the new Affordable Care Act.

Meet Doug Delp, President
The Delp Group, INC.

Doug Delp, spent 16 years of his career at a financial services company. In his roles he oversaw human resources, benefits, training, employer services, and retail and branch services.

In 2005 Doug founded the Delp Group, Inc. as a Human Resource and Benefits Brokerage Company.

He holds a bachelor degree with honors from Penn State University; and has completed graduate courses in human resources, benefits, and financial services.
