Team Leader / Branch Manager -- $35k to $45k Base Salary plus monthly incentive

A client of ours in auto sales and consumer finance is looking for a full-time salaried Team Leader / Branch Manager to direct and manage a team in their East Stroudsburg, PA office. We have been retained to help them find the most qualified candidate.

The right candidate is responsible for managing team functions in the areas of:

* Interviewing, creating budgets, and evaluating each loan applicant
* Consumer loan processing, including creating loan files for each account,  
  monitoring for completeness, correctness and compliance with each
  lending decision
* Customer service and sales
* Consumer collections and debt counseling

The ideal candidate should have five or more years of customer service, debt counseling, and consumer loan experience. Strong communication skills and a proven track record of leadership are critical qualities for this position. Candidates fluent in both Spanish and English are a plus.

Candidates must have a neat, clean professional appearance, and must be comfortable interacting with customers. Only motivated, energetic team players should apply!

The benefits package includes Paid Time Off and Health Insurance. This position is a base salary plus a monthly incentive based in part on loan applications processed, branch traffic, sales, and profitability.
