Cabinet Sales and Design Executive

Red Rose Cabinetry, Inc. is a full-service custom cabinet manufacturer located in Lititz, PA. Established in 1985, Red Rose Cabinetry has a reputation for transforming wood into breathtaking custom kitchen cabinets, bath cabinets and cabinetry for just about any room. We offer custom, semi-custom, and stock cabinetry that fits any budget and style.
Red Rose Cabinetry is looking for an outside sales and design professional to develop sales opportunities with builders and remodelers in-and-around the Bucks, Montgomery, and Chester county areas or in the Lititz, PA area. The opportunity exists to work primarily from home, with weekly or biweekly sales meetings at the Lititz home office.
Top performers in this role will be expected to:
1. Meet with sales management to establish marketing strategies to achieve sales goals
2. Generate leads with builders and remodelers through phone calls, networking, and visits
3. Develop and maintain relationships with local builders, remodelers, and retirement communities
4. Meet with homeowners to design the kitchen, bath, or entertainment center of their dreams
5. Use drafting software to design cabinet layout
6. Prepare quotes and fulfill contractor orders
7. Network at building and remodeling trade associations
8. Attend building home shows
1. Minimum of 2 years cabinetry and design experience
2. Ability to develop sales leads, close deals, and to meet or surpass established sales goals
3. Strong customer service skills and a passion for helping people
4. Working knowledge of 20/20 design software or equivalent software
5. Background in sales and marketing a plus
